1General Terms & Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to the 999kg platform (www.999kg.biz) and its associated mobile applications. 999kg is an online betting and gaming service provider licensed under Curaçao eGaming.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. We will notify you via email or platform notification at least 7 days before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with 999kg, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. A national ID card or passport may be requested at any time to verify your age.
• Each individual may open only one account. The same mobile number, email address, or payment method may not be used across multiple accounts.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Registering with false information will result in account closure.
• Keep your password strictly confidential. 999kg will never ask for your password over the phone or via any message.

The KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process may require you to submit a photo of your national ID card or passport along with a selfie. Until this is completed, your withdrawal limit may remain restricted.

3Betting Rules & Conditions

The following rules apply strictly to all betting activity on 999kg:

• After a bet is placed: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — however, the Cash Out feature may be used if available.
• Odds Changes: Odds in live betting may change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• Match Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, 999kg will refund the stake for that bet — provided the event has been suspended for longer than the specified period (typically 72 hours).
• Maximum win limit: The maximum payout on a single bet is ৳10 lakh, and the maximum daily withdrawal is ৳2 lakh (which may increase after KYC verification).
• Technical Errors: If a system error results in abnormal odds or outcomes, 999kg reserves the right to void the affected bets.

4Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

999kg supports all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. The key payment terms are outlined below:

1. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200, and the maximum single deposit is ৳50,000.
2. Deposits are generally instant. In the event of network issues, processing may take up to 30 minutes.
3. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum daily withdrawal is determined by your KYC verification level.
4. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes, but may take up to 24 hours if verification is required.
5. Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile number used for the deposit — direct transfers to a different number are not supported.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotions on 999kg are subject to the following general terms:

• Welcome Bonus: A wagering requirement (typically 30–50x) must be met before withdrawing winnings from a first-deposit bonus.
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has a set validity period — typically between 7 and 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• Referral Bonus: A referral bonus is awarded once the referred friend successfully registers and makes their first deposit. Self-referrals or bonuses claimed through fake accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Loyalty Points: 999kg points are earned with every bet and can later be converted into bonus balance.

In any dispute regarding a bonus offer, the decision of 999kg shall be final.

6Prohibited Activities

999kg reserves the right to permanently close an account and forfeit deposited funds if any of the following activities are detected:

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Using a payment method not authorized on the account
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated systems
• Knowingly exploiting technical errors in odds
• Bonus abuse or deliberately circumventing bonus terms and conditions
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose
• Harassment of other users or 999kg staff

7Account Closure & Suspension

A 999kg account may be closed under two circumstances:

At the user's request: You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. All active bets must be settled and any remaining balance withdrawn before closure.

By 999kg: 999kg may close an account at any time due to a breach of terms, fraudulent activity, or legal reasons. Any legitimately won funds will be returned, but bonus balances will be forfeited.

• Accounts inactive for 180 days may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳50.
• If a balance is not claimed within 90 days of account closure, it may be forfeited.

8Privacy & Data Protection

999kg treats the protection of users' personal data as its highest priority. We collect the following information:

• Registration details (name, mobile number, date of birth)
• KYC Verification Documents
• Transaction History
• Device and browser information (for security purposes)

9Responsible Gaming Policy

10Dispute Resolution & Contact

If our customer support is unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to the Curaçao eGaming Alternative Dispute Resolution body.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any legal disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao.
